Sign in to your Eazykart Account, go to "My Account".
Under My Account got to "My Orders".
Select the item you wish to return. Click "Refund Button" under Action menu.
Select the reason for return on 'Specify type of your refund' form and clearly describe the issue in the comments box. Mention the preferred shipment method (Pick Up / Drop Off) and select the package status under 'Is the product opened?' Select Yes/No & Click 'Send Request' button.
Pack your Eazykart parcel securely, with the product in the original and undamaged manufacturer's packaging along with any accessories, manuals, free items, etc. as delivered.
Our support representative will contact you for more information & head to your nearest drop-off point or wait for collection by our pick-up service.
The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, free items and accessories
The product must be returned in the original and undamaged original manufacturer packaging or box. It must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached (you will receive via email). Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box or package
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any damage. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn
Note: Please make sure & It is important to print out and paste the return label on your return parcel to avoid any delay in process of your return request.
